Update: it went well! Still not 100% sold on the program, and this was only the preliminary interview, but I’m on my way. Here, I’ll blow y’all a kiss for your support and stuff. It made me feel all warm and fuzzy like. Oh, wait. That’s just the dog.For the record though, I think I must be highly intimidating when nervous. It’s like I overcompensate by subconsciously channeling Hannibal Lecter. The poor guy interviewing me kept nervously laughing and asking the same questions while shuffling his papers. I was like, “Relax, buddy. I might like fava beans but I’ve been off the Chianti for almost four years now.”
